Estimated Processing Times

Currently, for already made and listed items, it only takes me about 1-3 days to get your order fulfilled and on its way to you. For custom orders times may vary drastically depending on complexity of the design and if I have the materials available or need to purchase them. Custom orders can take up to a month or longer.

Domestic & international shipping

Currently I am NOT shipping Internationally. If I receive enough requests for it then this may change in the future so please keep checking back!

Shipping is currently based off of weight and rates are automatically calculated by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

returns & exchanges

I do accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your product.

Exchanges can be offered if I have another item in stock, or I can custom make a replacement, though it may take a bit to get to you.

damaged or faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your product gets damaged during shipping, a replacement can be sent for no extra charge as long as photo evidence of the damage is provided. They are soft items in padded envelopes so they should be very hard to damage in the mail, but anything can happen.

Anything caused by user error will not be replaced. This includes:
Damage after washing with heavy machinery - if the item needs to be washed please hand wash gently and know that chenille yarn can shed, and any woven in ends may come undone.
Damage caused by pets - these are not toys for animals and can easily be torn apart and the plastic eyes can be ingested so please keep away from animals.
